Today was supposed to be a leg day, but I have postponed it until tomorrow. The reason is that my training partner had to be in court and couldn't get out in time to make it for training. Thus, I postponed things until later. It just made more sense to me. Instead of leg day I did some cardio to burn some fat that has to go.
I hate postponing training days, especially leg days, but leg day is the day that requires the training partner. His motivation makes me train much harder. I want to break a record on my squat this time and his presence is required for that to happen.
I am very ready for this leg day to happen tomorrow though.
